Training
It is important to establish the exact functions that each Security Officer would be involved in . The training offered to our Security Officers include general observation, patrolling and hospitality. Responsibilities and the duties of the Security Officers will be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs and requests. The standard of training and calibre of security officers is off the highest quality as all of our security officers are well qualified ,registered with the Security Industry Regulatory authority and are provided with regular refresher training to detect and react to security breaches accordingly.

SECURITY OFFICERS DEPLOYED ON SITE WILL BE DRESSED AS FOLLOWS:

•Black /Grey step out trouser /combat trouser
•White combat short sleeve shirt
•Blue pullover jersey and Tie
•All weather jackets for protection against the elements .
•Subtle badging insignia
•Security cap and boots
•Reflective security vests for nightshift patrols ( i.e. Street Patrols )

All security officers are provided with a monthly allowance to keep their uniforms neat and presentable at all times. ( uniforms are provided at no cost to the client and client specific requirements will be entertained upon discussion )

STANDARD ISSUE EQUIPMENT

•Baton
•Remote panic button ( linked to clients response unit as well as our armed reaction unit, Netcare 911 and the SAPS will also be alerted when required via our 24hr Control room)
•Pepper sprays
•Hand cuffs
•Torch
•Hand held scanner ( terms and conditions apply )
•Communication device two way radios and cell phones
•Entry access control and observation books.
•Bicycles ( available to street patrols only )

Special requests for other equipment will be viewed and discussed.
