We always refer to our employees as “Officers”. We never refer to them as “Guards”, as we feel that they deserve the respect they have earned by their diligence to their chosen careers. All security officers working with AA Security are registered with the Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and all have passed the necessary training curriculum for the grade they posses.

A job description is drawn up for each site and in house training is provided to ensure that our clients specific needs are catered for. Whether you requirements are for a normal static guard or for Access Control, Armed Escorts or Road Patrols , Safeguard Squad will provide the right people for the job.

Our main business asset is our employees and we acknowledge their role as stakeholders in our business through our values therefore special attention is paid to recruitment. Recruitment is considered to be a new beginning for our Recruits. While we continuously endeavour to recruit the best of the best we are aware that all recruits come with their own perceptions and habits. We therefore implement a gruelling recruitment procedure that includes both practical and theory testing to ensure a proper assessment of the candidate. Following this the successful candidates are led directly from the recruitment floor to the induction training.
